Join Chef Brian and team in the restaurant for a class on basic cookery! Guests of all skill levels are welcome, and will be guided through the preparation of a meal, made with vegetables grown on our Farm. A lunch that you helped prepare will be served at the end of the class. Our last class included sourdough bread, breaking down/roasting a chicken, knife cuts, vegetable preparation and more. Each class is different and reflective of what is currently in season.
