Planners booking events for 250 room nights or more are able to apply for funds from Bryan College Station through the Hotel Occupancy Tax (HOT) Grant Program. There is no limit to the amount of funding that can be requested. Planners can allocate funds towards facility costs, staffing needs or other
event-growth efforts.
